The Zen Martial Arts is an inclusive and ever-growing system with a collection of martial arts practices and traditions, both young and old, that promote the development of the body, mind, and spirit of each practitioner.

We are a martial arts school located in Seattle, WA. People of all ages and experience levels are welcome to come train with us! Many of our students come to practice with their families.

Classes are held on Tuesdays & Thursdays (6-8 PM) and Saturdays (9:30-11:30 AM). You are welcome to join our school either by invitation from a current member or through applying using the Google Form below.
